RETURNING & REFUNDS.
please return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund, unfortunately we do not offer exchange for items brought on the website.
we do not offer refunds in store for any items brought on-line.
refunds are not available on underwear, jewellery or beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund.
All items must be returned to us in the same unworn and undamaged condition you received them in with
tags still attached.
you do not need to notify us of your return, however we recommend you obtain a tracking number for your parcel. parcels that are lost in the post are not eligible for a refund.
Please allow up to 28 working days for the refund to reach your account.
when returning your items please remember to fill in the returns sheet or pop a note in stating your, name, address, and telephone number.
